Territory & Availability Policy

Last updated: March 1, 2026

Country-Based Availability

Product availability on VIP Trading Licenses is determined by your detected country. We use your IP address to determine your location and display products that are available and properly priced for your region. Some products may be restricted to specific territories due to vendor licensing agreements or distribution rules.

How Availability Works

When you visit our storefront, we detect your country automatically. Products that are not available in your region will be clearly marked as unavailable. Pricing is displayed in the currency appropriate for your region when supported, or in the product's default currency otherwise. Availability rules are set per product variant and are managed by our operations team.

Territorial Restrictions

Certain software products have territorial activation restrictions imposed by the software vendor. For example, some Microsoft 365 subscription products may only be redeemable in specific countries. These restrictions are noted on the product page. It is your responsibility to ensure that a product's territorial requirements match your intended use location.

Currency & Pricing

We maintain country-specific price books to provide fair pricing across regions. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Tax calculation is handled by Stripe Tax at checkout based on your billing address. Prices may vary by region due to licensing costs, currency fluctuations, and local market conditions.

VPN & Proxy Use

We strongly discourage the use of VPNs or proxies to circumvent territorial availability restrictions. Orders placed using misrepresented locations may be subject to cancellation. If a product is not available in your genuine location, it may have activation restrictions that prevent proper use in your country.

Questions About Availability

If you believe a product should be available in your region but is not displayed, or if you need licensing for a territory not currently supported, please contact our support team. We regularly review and update availability rules as distribution agreements evolve.
