Overview
VIP Trading Licenses sells authorized digital software licenses and activation keys through established distribution and reseller channels. All products listed on our storefront are genuine, legally obtained licenses intended for end-user activation on compatible systems.
License Types
We sell several categories of software licenses, each with specific activation and usage characteristics. Product pages clearly indicate the license type, activation method, and any territorial or edition-specific restrictions. Common license types include retail licenses (transferable, single-device activation), OEM licenses (tied to the original hardware), and volume license keys (for commercial or organizational use with specific terms).
Activation & Delivery
Most instant-delivery products are delivered as digital license keys accessible through your customer account immediately after successful payment. Assisted-delivery products may require manual processing and will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on the product page. Quote-only products require a formal quotation process before purchase.
One License, One Activation
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each license key is valid for a single activation on one device. Re-use of a license key on additional devices is not permitted and may result in activation failure. If you need licenses for multiple devices, please purchase the appropriate quantity.
Product Eligibility
Some products have territorial restrictions or system requirements. Availability is determined by your detected country and the product's eligibility rules. If a product is not available in your region, this will be indicated on the product page. It is your responsibility to verify that your system meets the minimum requirements listed on the product page before purchase.
Legacy Products
Products marked as 'Legacy' are older software versions that remain available for users who need them for compatibility or specific use cases. Legacy products may have limited vendor support and are sold as-is with the activation guarantees described on their product pages.
Commercial & Volume Licensing
For commercial, enterprise, or volume licensing needs — particularly for SQL Server and other high-value products — we use a structured quote-based purchasing process instead of self-serve checkout. The relevant product page explains who the commercial path is for, what details to prepare, and what happens after submission. Commercial review typically covers edition fit, territory eligibility, procurement expectations, and quantity scope before pricing is issued.
